Terms of Use

Draft for operator and legal review — not approved for public launch. Complete all review items in the V30 checklist before publishing this page as a final policy. This document does not itself establish compliance.

1. The service

TO THE LINE provides an independent online resource for A320 technical examination preparation, including practice questions, mock exams and explanations. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or approved by Airbus, any airline or any training organisation.

2. Not an operational reference

Content is for study support only and may not reflect every aircraft variant, airline standard, current limitation or software standard. It must not be used for flight operations, dispatch, maintenance or any safety-critical decision. Consult the latest approved manuals and your training provider or operator.

3. Accounts

You must provide an email address you control, keep your login details secure and use the service lawfully. Public usernames may appear alongside comments. Accounts may be restricted where reasonably necessary to prevent abuse or protect service security.

4. Content and intellectual property

Unless permission is expressly granted, TO THE LINE content and presentation may not be republished, scraped, redistributed, or used to create competing question banks. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable law. Before publication: confirm ownership and redistribution rights for all question and explanation content.

5. Student contributions

You are responsible for comments and reports you submit. Do not post personal data, confidential examination materials, or content that you do not have permission to share. We may moderate contributions to maintain a safe and useful study environment.

6. Availability and changes

We aim to provide a reliable service, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed. Content, features and access arrangements may change as the service develops. We will communicate material changes when appropriate.

7. Private beta and pricing

The service is currently operating as a private beta. Before introducing paid subscriptions: add the applicable price, billing, renewal, cancellation, refund and consumer rights terms and obtain legal review. No subscription payment terms are created by this draft.

8. Liability and consumer rights

These terms do not exclude or restrict liability or statutory rights where doing so would be unlawful. Before publication: obtain legal review of an appropriate and fair liability clause for the actual operator and intended customers.

9. Contact and governing law

Contact support@gettotheline.co.uk with service questions. Before publication: specify the legal contracting entity, geographic scope, governing law and effective date.
